Σε γνωστό ιστότοπο και σχετικά με τη γνώμη των αναγνωστών αν μισούν ή αγαπούν την Ελλάδα, το ποσοστό που δηλώνει οτι αγαπά την Ελλάδα και τους Έλληνες είναι στο 78% και αντίθετα το 22% δηλώνει οτι μισεί την χώρα μας. (φυσικά υπάρχουν και πολλοί Έλληνες που έχουν πάρει μέρος στη συζήτηση)
Κάποια σχόλια βέβαια είναι πολύ σκληρά και συχνά περιέχουν τη γνωστή λέξη που αρχίζει απο F... μαζί με όλες τις καταλήξεις που μπορέι να έχει αλλα υπάρχουν και τα σχόλια αυτών που αγαπούν την Ελλάδα και μιλάνε για τους φιλόξενους Έλληνες, την ομορφιά των νησιών μας, τον ήλιο, τη θάλασσα και φυσικά για τα όσα έχει προσφέρει ο Ελληνικός πολιτισμός στη φιλοσοφία, στο θέτρο στην ιατρική κτλ.

We -the people from other countries- all have some reasons to be proud for each of our countries (I am from Switzerland) but whether we like it or not, we have not such a lot and important issues to be proud of, like the Greeks are:

As such it is the birthplace of democracy, Western philosophy, the Olympic Games, political science, Western literature and historiography, major scientific and mathematical principles, and Western drama, including both tragedy and comedy.
In short, our culture mimics Greece with architecture, art, science, math, literature, music, philosophy and mythology.
Greek has been spoken for more than 3,000 years, making it one of the oldest languages in Europe.
The Greek alphabet is the forerunner of the alphabet we use in English today. Over fifty thousand English words are derived from the Greek language.
The ancient Greeks are often called the inventors of mathematics because they were the first to make it a theoretical discipline (remember Greek mathematicians such as Pythagoras, Euclid, Archimedes, and Apollonius). Also, the Greek physician Hippocrates, who has been recognized as the "father of medicine", laid the foundation for a rational approach to medicine. Hippocrates introduced "The Hippocratic Oath" for physicians, physician assistants' and other healthcare professionals swearing to practice medicine ethically and honestly, and of course is still relevant and in use today.
Of course there are hundreds of other examples, all of which are written in hundreds or even thousands of books that prove "Greece is the cradle of Western civilization".
Literally, WE ARE ALL GREEKS, which means that the Greek heritage does primarily belong to the native Greeks, but also to all of us and as such we must show RESPECT and HONOR.
In addition there are several more reasons to love Greece:

By visiting Greece you have the opportunity to have an excellent overview of (and if you want to explore in detail) the evolution of the mankind....So many ancient ruins of different periods...Really admirable !!
There are more than 250 days of sunshine in a year.
Greece boasts of having 7000 caves, which form 24000 Km of underground galleries.
No place in Greece is more than 85 miles from the sea.
Greece has the largest coastline in Europe and the 11th largest in the world with almost 1400 islands.
Greek islands are SOOOO BEAUTIFUL !! AMAZING !!
Greek food culture is unique and amazing, too !! Greek food today, with slight variation is about the same as it has been for over 2000 year.
Greece has one of the richest varieties of wildlife in Europe....and there are so many other reasons to love and visit Greece !!
Greece is an AMAZING PLACE that we should all respect.
Personally I and my friends will spend our holidays again in Greece this summer !!

Give lazy people a chance and they will stand up and have party all the time and drink and ask hand outs again and again. They are the most lazy people I have known so far now. I don't know too about the Gypsy for I don't have Gypsy friends but I have lots Greek friends. What they shown to me is use the time, don't think about future, get laid, spend money, and try not to work too hard. Drinking and swim and enjoy the sunshine. When they promise to do something right away, I would be a year! They are also the greatest cheater! Pay no tax, pay no road toll, pay no metro tickets....I saw thousand times they push the blocking bar at the road toll station and drive away calmly. I witnessed the lazy people get dressed and cheat the government money. Two of them are lawyers. When I see their face book. Just wanna shout you lazy people you deserve to live the life as a rat. When we are working so hard to get paid , what you guys are doing.
